Para 4 personas

Ingredientes:

•    1 paquete (400 g) de Spaghettii 3 Carozzi
•    250 g de champiñones, en láminas
•     ¼ taza (60 ml) de aceite de oliva 
•     4 cucharadas de mantequilla  
•    1 taza de panceta picada y frita   
•    1 taza de jamón grueso en cubos   
•    ½ taza de queso parmesano rallado
•    3 huevos, bien batidos
•    Queso parmesano rallado para espolvorear (optativo)

Preparación:

-    En una olla con bastante agua hirviendo (4 Lts.) y bien sazonada, cocinar la pasta hasta que esté al dente (9 min.); estilar, colocar en una fuente y reservar al calor.
-    En un sartén freír los Champiñones en aceite y mantequilla hasta que se empiecen a dorar; agregar la panceta y jamón y cocinar unos minutos. Retirar del fuego y añadir el queso y huevos. Mezclar de inmediato con la pasta y servir espolvoreando con queso.
